Abstract

ការស្រាវជ្រាវនេះបានសិក្សាពីឥទ្ធិពល និងប្រសិទ្ធភាពនៃការប្រើប្រាស់រុក្ខនិយតករប្រភេទ benzyladenine (BA) ក្នុងសារធាតុចិញ្ចឹម លើការការលូតលាស់ពូជផ្កាកូលាបតូចក្នុងលក្ខខណ្ឌ in-vitro។ ថ្នាំងនៃដើម ជាផ្នែកដែលត្រូវបានយកមកកាត់បណ្តុះក្នុងសារធាតុចិញ្ចឹម (MS) ដែលផ្សំបញ្ចូល BA ក្នុងកម្រិត T0: 0mg/L, T1: 1mg/L,    T2: 2mg/L, និង T3: 3mg/L។ ចំនួនពន្លក ប្រវែងពន្លក និងចំនួនស្លឹក ជាទិន្ន័យសម្រាប់កំណត់កម្រិតលូតលាស់របស់ផ្កាកូលាបនៅក្នុងកម្រិត BA ផ្សេងៗគ្នា ក្នុងដំណាក់កាលដាំដំបូង ដំណាក់កាលបំបែកកូនលើកទី១ រហូតដល់លើកទី៣។ លទ្ធផលនៃការសិក្សាបានបង្ហាញថា ពូជកូលាបទាំងពីរឆ្លើយតបខុសគ្នាក្នុងការលូតលាស់ក្នុងលក្ខខណ្ឌ    in-vitro។ ពូជ MR01 ដុះលូតលាស់ល្អនៅគ្រប់ដំណាក់កាលទាំងអស់ ខណៈដែលពូជ MR02 លូតលាស់បានត្រឹមតែដំណាក់កាលបំបែកលើកទី១ តែប៉ុណ្ណោះ។ ពូជ MR01 លូតលាស់ខុសគ្នាក្នុងកម្រិត​ BA ផ្សេងគ្នាតាំងពីដំណាក់កាលដាំដំបូងរហូតដល់ដំណាក់កាលដាំបំបែកលើកទី៣លើគ្រប់ទិន្ន័យទាំងអស់។ ការបន្ថែម​ BA ៣ម.ក្រ/ល (T3) នៅក្នុងសារធាតុចិញ្ចឹម បានបង្កើនចំនួនពន្លកពូជ MR01 ចំនួន ១,៦ ពន្លក នៅក្នុងដំណាក់កាលដាំដំបូង និងរហូតដល់ ២,០ ៤,៦ និង ៣,៤ ពន្លកនៅក្នុងដំណាក់កាលបំបែកលើកទី១ ទី២ ​និងទី៣ រៀងគ្នា។   សារធាតុចិញ្ចឹមនេះក៏ពន្លូតប្រវែងពន្លក និងបង្កើនចំនួនស្លឹកនៃពូជ MR01 ចាប់ពីដំណាក់កាលបំបែកលើកទី១ រហូតដល់ដំណាក់កាលបំបែកលើកទី៣។
